An established metro Atlanta real-estate business. Buyers, sellers, homeowners and investors — the work Sharda has been doing for over twenty years. Sharda is its Broker and owner, and the brokerage works across residential sales, land and investment property.
That's So Sharda
A content and podcast franchise. Everyday life, family, relationships, travel and community, in the register Sharda actually talks in. It is still being built, so there are no episodes yet — its page says what it will be.
One Caribbean United
A community initiative for the Caribbean and West Indian diaspora — culture, relationships, friendship, community, collaboration and opportunity. It is founder-stewarded: Sharda decides how it grows and who it grows with.
United Construction and Restoration
A construction and restoration venture. Its work spans new builds and additions, restoration after storm, water or fire damage, and remodelling.
Georgia United Investor Group, LLC
An investment venture, known as GAUIG. It focuses on identifying, evaluating and managing real-estate investment opportunities.
